We will be filing a complaint against your office for failure to investigate our previous complaint. We suggest that certain of your employees have already, and will continue to, cause you one hell of a lot of work in the months to come. We’re sorry you do not seem to have control of your people. Criminal complaints against one or more of them are in the works. What a fine outfit you run down there. Good grief.
